Drop off location was closed and was not informed that there wasn’t a drop box for the keys. I had to drive another 30 min to a different location to drop the car off. This had a big impact on my vacation plans.

The low tire pressure warning came after driving about 15 minutes from the pick up location but didn't have time to go back so just drove 300 miles with low tire pressure

Charged me for insurance I said I didn't want. Did not email me my invoice/receipt like they said they would. Had a surprise $300 in charges upon arriving to pick up my car after already paying $500. $800 for less than a week rental? A bit much.
