Couches could stand to be updated/replaced- not too comfy & not enough seating to be together in tv area.

I was charged a different amount than agreed upon. Luckily I waited for my receipt for review. They charged me for gas even though the tank was full. When I asked why I was told if you drive less than 75 miles they will automatically charge for fuel. Not a good practice when we returned the car with a full tank of gas. The car was great and the rental process easy. The price was outrageous for a week Hoping car rentals will become more affordable soon.

I rent cars for business purposes almost every month and used to shop around for the best price and the most accessible location. Avis has become my "go-to" dealer; there really is no reason to look elsewhere. This is a top-notch professional company and provide the same excellent standard of service no matter where in the country I am. Their slogan when I was a kid was, "We try harder." Obviously, they did ... and they succeeded!

Liked the upgrade but it was because the size car I had rented wasn’t available. The car was not cleaned. The car had no gas in it. I was the only customer in the shop and it took at least 20 minutes for me to get into the car. The backup camera on the rogue was so dark I couldn’t even use it so that was a safety issue. The gentleman at the check-in in Newark was very good the lady at the check-in in Newark was very good

Nothing. Could not get a radio station in this crappy rental. The car was scratched up; dinged; the bumper had damage; it was terrible. The office was disgusting and hot; the kid that checked us in would not let me upgrade as I was told by another person when I called before I got there. I was seriously so shocked that they rented a car in that bar of condition physically and no radio reception on top of it. I will never rent from Hertz Toms River again. YUCK!! I deserve a refund for that horrible experience

A car upgrade that I was promised at no extra charge ; a radio that works with NO static; better location for the office on Toms River that looks professional with professional people who act like they care about people; a car that wasn’t so physically scratched up on the outside
