They are basically very amateur and a bit dishonest. They would not release a car to me 3 hours earlier although their lot was full. I was more than willing to pay. The extra charged for a half day was 3 times more than what I paid daily. I find this very dishonest.

Relatively smooth pickup process and easy dropoff. I would recommend any travelers be sure to take a picture of the damage sheet and the car because the person receiving your car at the return did not have a copy and thought we put the dent in the passenger door. Once we showed the photo it was all fine, but we would’ve had trouble without that. Overall the Localiza staff were friendly and helpful on both sides. I would rent from them again.

Car performed well driving in very treacherous conditions in Medellin. Narrow streets and very steep hills. Service was excellent in terms of picking up car, returning car and shuttling us to and from airport (MDE). One small issue: Rear tire made noise, probably scalloped, but minor in comparison to driving in Medellin and countryside. Thank you! Would use you guys again.
