When I picked up the car in London，the gas tank was not full. I noticed it on my way home in London. It cost me $ 17.63 to fill it up(12.08 liters). When I returned the car the next day in Toronto，I complained it in Avis counter and showed the two receipts for the gas. The guy said I have to talk to Avis in London. I was heading to China so I didn't have enough time to do it. I did call them . But nobody answered phone.
Was very pleased with the rental, I would recommend it to anyone! Thanks again.

The check in process was quick and efficient. The specific car I was hoping to get was not readily available, but Tony, the manager Took action and was able to get the car we hoped for…. Added bonus he spent 10 friendly minutes chatting while we waited. It was clear by the number of staff who passed by saying hi, that Tony is well liked and runs a very efficient rental car agency. The car arrived clean, the return process was as smooth as the arrival. The best Rental car experience that we’ve ever had.
Enterprise was great, our flight to London was cancelled, so we were late getting to London . Even so the car was there for us. Will definitely use enterprise again.
