No hidden charges. Drop off took around 50 minutes to get someone to look at the car as it was very busy. Pick up was also busy with around a 30 minute wait. Also car was quite badly damaged on pickup although this was all documented by the company.

Over an hour wait time to pick up the car. Not to mention multiple hidden fees that weren’t disclosed in the original booking. Besides the above, quality of car and cleanliness were great.

The agency not in the airport, we had to wait for a shuttle like more than 20min. Then we they would not allow my driver to pick up the car. The lady at customer service is snubby. I wasted 180Euro for nothing. Not recommended.

When I picked up the car, I was told that office will be open until 11pm for drop off. When I dropped off my car around 10.45pm, I was told that no extra charges will be added since car is undamaged and fuel tank is full. But later when I reviewed the invoice and my credit card, I was charged extra €40 without my consent and knowledge for “After hours drop off fee”. I clearly didn’t do any after hour drop off so felt like a scam pulled by this company!
