I would of liked the car to already been cleaned and washed when we got there. We did confirm 2 times we were on our way to pick it up. We had to ask if they could please wash and clean it . Gentleman said he was SORRY IT DIDNT MEET OUR EXPECTATIONS…but that’s what all customers want not just me .. to get a clean rental …Other than that it was great!

Customer Service Agent Roy at the Ontario Airport Location is the most disrespectful, unprofessional, arrogant representative I've ever experienced. He shouldn't be in customer service at all. A very bad representation to the company. It's time for him to retire ASAP. I will NEVER rent at Avis due to his unprofessionalism. However, I do want to show some love to Customer Service Agent Gabby "budget" who was able to assist me with my reservation in a much professional manner

Unsafe brakes lead me to return the car before I could go to work. They made a loud noise and sometimes stopped immediately and sometimes stopped on a delay.

The didn't have any cars for me and 5 other people that arrived about the same time, They didn't communicate with us. They did nothing to help us. Aren'/t they supposed to secure cars from competitors for us when they can't honor our reservations?' I don't know if I can trust Kayak with my ravel arrangements now.

Everything went smoothly from start to finish. I was slightly hesitant to use Dollar based on other reviews, but it was great. Check-in was through the Hertz counter but there were only a couple people in line. Drop off only took about 2 minutes and that was because I told them about a small problem with the car (warning light).

The vehicle we were provided had almost bald tires and the breaks were warped. The entire trip o could not comfortably use the vehicle, we only drove it to the house and back to the airport. We are very dissatisfied with the rental.

Very professional. Very efficient. Quick and easy. Our shuttle bus (#85) broke down at LAX during the trip to the airport and the driver was very apologetic and helpful in getting a replacement shuttle bus for our rescue.

My flight was cancelled and rescheduled for the next day and Hertz refused to change my pick up time. They give a 24 hour window and I explained to them that I still wanted the car but I would arriving one day later. My original reservation was 12:00 so I had until 12 the next day. I got there at 12:30 and they had no car for me. I had to go to another rental place.

When I arrived, there were two representatives assisting customers with six customers ahead of me. It took an hour to get through the process to then go get my car. First car smelled like prior customer had just put their cigarettes out. When I brought this to the attention of lot attendant, was directed to a second car. This car was badly scraped the entire length of the drivers side, and looked like someone had tried to pull the front license plate off. When I told attendant, I didn't want to look like I had rented a wreck, I was directed to a third car. Total process to pick up a car was 90 minutes.
