The Enterprise agent who handled our transaction at the Tucson Airport on January 14 was excellent! And, the Toyota Camry that we rented for seven weeks was clean, spacious, and in excellent condition. A first rate experience overall.

The pick up process could easily be improved. I waited in line for way too long just to confirm my email and phone number. We arrived seven hours later than we’re supposed to and it was midnight to my children. That line was torture. Everything else was great and staff were friendly. Do them a favor and improve that check in process please!

Well two things I booked a car at the airport, which come to find out it was not correct, I then rented a cab to get to the other enterprise location only to find out they overbooked. So I was then stuck there for two hours until I got a hold of a friend to take me out to the racetrack, I then had to hitch rides all weekend to and from the hotel . Just disappointed to say the least.

Plain and simple. The car smelled like smoke when I picked it up. When I returned, I was charged for an outside cleanup of 300 dollars. I called customer service and they credited me. Theft is illegal Dollar of Tucson airport.

Drop off was easy and the return specialist was kind and professional. The rental agent was also nice. He was a little heavy on the selling of insurance, but still friendly.

We had a problem with our international credit cards so car rent was not possible. We understood the situation, though we were ver disappointed there were no refunds. Afterwards we kindly asked for other travel options but staff was very unfriendly and dismissed us. Will never use their services again.

I was quoted one price and forced to pay another. The vehicle was filthy, I was assured since that wasn't my fault I wouldn't have trouble returning it. WRONG! The employees at the Houston location I returned it to called me a liar toy face when I tried to tell them what was told to me and that I didn't make the mess! They demanded I do their job for them, go and vacuum it or they were going to charge me $250 to do it. I did, and they still treated me poorly. I will never deal with with Hertz again! Worst customer service ever!
