Pros:The car was clean and ready and the staff was nice.
Cons:The online description says rental car at airport but they actually shuttle you to an offsite location. We had a hard time finding where to go to get the shuttle to the car and that’s frustrating after a long day of flying. There are no signs at the airport that I saw to help. So, that took lots longer than expected. Also, all it said you needed is a drivers license. You need to bring proof of insurance or they make you buy it there. This rental was extremely expensive, 4 times the price in Florida and I would have done things differently had I known all of these things.

Car was dirty with no offer to clean. Car had clear mech issues but not enough to affect our trip. Lots of up sell items namely the express toll for 7.95 per day. Allianz insurance only covers damage to the car. Liability must be purchased separately. Lots of bait and switch tactics.

Kayak and Six gave me a false quote.When I got there, they added mandatory fees & charges that were not mentioned in quote, yet again, they are mandatory & not optional. Also, neither site has updated physical address for Sixt airport location. Actual location is further from airport then what is advertised. When I reached out to kayak, they told me to deal with Sixt, Sixt said it is what it is. They both told me some one would call me back, yet neither did. Expedia has always resolved my issues, so won’t be dealing with either companies anymore, unless they both reach out and correct this problem.
