We waited in line for 1 hour and 3 minutes to get our car. One employee working the counter. It was RIDICULOUS!! There were at least 10 to 15 people waiting for a clean car.

Easy pick up and drop off- $1000 for 5 days of a mid size car is high but inflation is bad and covid screwed up a lot with cars

Got to thrifty desk - no one in attendance -told by other customers that there was a 2 1/2 wait and no guarantee of a car. Cannot understand how you can book a car and then when you arrive no-one to serve you and then no avenue to cancel or contact the hirer. Will never use this service again. Totally the worst customer service I have ever used.
