The picture that showed a suv was the one I picked but when I got there I was given a Toyota Camry and I said to the agent I thought I was renting a suv and she said you asked for a midsize car. It was very uncomfortable getting in and out of that car with my bad knees.

Customer request a certain car it should be given. I request for SUV and I got me a Wrangler Jeep. I'm not a tall woman it was so hard to get in and out. That's only my bad experience. Thanks

Had to wait 40 mins for a vehicle but the counter staff was very professional & we got a class upgrade and a discount. Drop off was less than 2 minutes. Rental car prices still very expensive post-Covid!

Vehicle was upgraded as The original was not available. The cost for 5 days was a gouge in my opinion. Had my flight arrived on Friday or earlier on Saturday I would have gone off site and saved almost Half my money.
