I waited in line for almost an hour to pick up a car I had reserved days before. The attendant was very professional and personable and was working as fast as he could, but you need more than one person manning the counter! I felt bad for him. For that reason alone, I'd go with Hertz next time out of the CAK airport because there was no one in that line. The car was otherwise in perfect condition and the Clorox wipes were a very nice touch. But hire more people!

Nice clean car. They are all just way too expensive. I’ll be flying less which means I’ll be driving now and renting more cars but not at these prices. You will soon be pricing yourselves right out of business.

Friendly, straight forward with all the information I needed for the rental, quick and easy. Would recommend Alamo.
I never got too pick up the vehicle because they no longer accepted my Current credit card when I confirmed the credit card I was using before paying for the rental. now I am still waiting for my refund in which could have been avoided because I could have put the money on another card or booked through another rental

The size car I reserved was not available. No Chevy Suburban or comparable vehicles. Had the choice of a Ford Transit 12 passenger or a Dodge Durango - not really comparable at all but I had no choice. Employee at the counter said that happens frequently. Needed to repack our bags and leave some things at home and then purchase those when we arrived at the destination. Still was asked to pay the same price even though what we requested was not an option. The Dodge Durango was pretty cramped for our trip. Is there any way that we can avoid that happening in the future?

It was an excellent experience renting from Budget. I used Hertz last time and had a bad experience and was overcharged. It was so good to be treated with respect and the price was good. I'll definitely use Budget again!!

The agent at pick up was very nice and helpful. The agent at drop off was rude and condescending. I had forgotten to fill up the car with gas even though I had only driven 35 miles. I have a lot going on and my car engine had blown which is why I needed the car for the day. I had come straight from work and was just exhausted. I asked if I could leave and go get gas because it wouldn’t have been more than 5-6 dollars and I was charged 17 dollars. Even if the policy is to not take the car back out. She didn’t have to treat me so terribly. Very disappointed.

Everything was top notch, other than the vehicle could of been clean. Windshield had bugs all over it and looked like someone poured something out the window that splattered all down the side... lady at front desk was extremely nice and helpful.
