Unfortunately the car was very old and the front classes was with many cracks and the break wasn’t good enough also the tires was old … I suggest the company to do major maintenance for the car

Staff was great, and got an upgrade. However, vehicle had strange smell, like a BO smell. There weren't any cars available at the airport so had to, and go to an off site location, which incurred more travel time, and taxis.

So wait in line was horrible. I was given a Toyota Corolla, which that would have been OK but the whole front windshield had a crack from one end of the windshield to the other. There were also a lot of pits and holes in the front windshield. I should have returned the car When I saw the windshield. I should’ve never driven it out of the lot, but I was so exhausted from standing in line. I just wanted to get out of the airport.

The service was great. The only thing is that the car they had for us had a long crack across the windshield. I refused the car and they provided us a SUV instead which was the only other car they had at that moment and we had to pay 70$ more for the week. The rest were perfect.

The vehicle was clunky and sounded like the wheel was in need of repair. The steering was challenging and clearly needed power steering fluid or something. The breaks were squeaking and anytime the wheel was turned at slow speeds there was squeaking. Thanks.

The pick up was fast, and the drop off was easy. The car was clean, and comfortable. The only little thing is that we didn’t have winter tires in end October and we had snow on our way. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

I paid for a full to full vehicle. I was told at the desk they don’t offer this service and we needed to just return the car empty how we found It. This was disappointing, bearing in mind we don’t have any signal and couldn’t initially find a gas station, the counter staff couldn’t direct us to the nearest one.

Nothing. We need a vehicle that the passenger seats folded into the floor like a dodge caravan. We booke dodge caravan but the substituted Kia Carnival which did not meet our needs. They also refused to accept the insurance purchased through your site. Please make your customers aware of these failures.

The customer service of HEFTZ company in Saskatoon told me that I will be charged $35/day for extending my car for two days. But they charged me for $835 for 2 days, which is like I am facing a fraud company. I am super disappointed with the mis-guidance of the company's agent (a lady). And when I noticed, I dropped the car and I explained the agent there, but he did not care at all. He finally said I will evaluate and will call you back at 4 PM to force me to leave. And he never called me and did not pick up the phone. He actually ditched me.

Agent at pickup counter was not overly friendly and changed the type of car I had reserved. Secondly, they (Hertz), would not allow me to change pick up locations to make it more convenient for me, costing me an Uber ride. Lastly, they overcharged me and I'm still waiting for them to correct the error.

1. Vehicle was not sanitized/cleaned when picked up 2. Vehicle was not serviced (overdue on oil change), windshield fluid still had winter and not summer (bugs splatter would not get cleaned), etc 3. National reimbursed and compensated for the time and money spent on fixing the vehicle.
