LOCATION This charming and spacious 53mt studio is located in SAN EUGENIO, Costa Adeje, Tenerife, in a wonderfully quiet residential neighborhood, yet centrally located for a short walk to beaches, shops, incredible restaurants, water parks and bars. THE BEST OF OUR LOCATION •3 Mins away from public transportation, to zip you all around Tenerife. •"Dial Prix Supermarket", bus stop, taxi stop, a barber shop, a fruit store, 2 pharmacies and few british coffee bars are also just around the corner. •Conveniently only a minutes walk away from endless shops, bars, pubs, a water parks such as: Aqualand and a tasty Mexican restaurant are only 100mt walk from the studio! •A short 15 mins walk to spectacular beachs, restaurants and center (San Eugenio Shopping Center), 5 mins drive. The studio is all downhill on the way to the beach but uphill on the way home. It is absolutely not necessary to rent a car if your idea is a relaxing stay snd you like walking (I dont have one and I live in the same complex), but if you plan to tour the island, hiring a car is an excellent idea because in Tenerife the Rent-a-cars prices are very competitive (100€ week aprox) and it is worth it. Nearby attractions include "Siam Park" which is rated the best water park in Europe, "Siam Mall" Shopping Center, "Aqua" SPA, "Gran Sur" Shopping Center. Almost opposite the resort, 5 mins walk, you will find "Aqualand", another water park more suited to younger family members.
