The staff was very nice to deal with. I was not able to check in prior 24 hours prior to the flight due to a tech glitch. That did not please me as I had to go to.airport earlier on my flight day.

Before boarding, I was told the overhead bins were full and needed to check my carry on. It had multiple ceramic pieces I bought while traveling, which I told the agent. They didn’t have any fragile tags. When I boarded over half the overhead bins were empty, and there was no reason I should have had to check my carry on. The ceramics were broken in transit. 0/10 experience.

Great! It was as a red eye so there was weren’t meals, just a snack and drink, but thank the seats were spacious in economy, staff was friendly at the gate, at checkin and on the plane

Everything from boarding to the hospitality that was given to us on the flight takeoff and landing was very smooth

The store and flight crew did a good job but the problem was we set for two hours at San Francisco waiting for maintenance. No reason a rhyme why maintenance is on board wait an hour and a half for paperwork.
