better aircraft, leg space, cordial crew members and systematic timely boarding and landing.

Recliner did not work in the business class seat. The changed seat is also not working. Need to stand and adjust the seat positions whenever there is a need. Stressful journey. Some staff are rude and not professional. Food is average. Not following the special requests made on the app long before.
