They charge you more money at the counter so you end up paying more than great reputable companies with much better cars. Terrible service. Stayed in Line for pick up for an hour. I will never use this company again!

It is simply a rip-off. These people are thefts. It is a shame on kayak and especially shame on this company what they do. We booked a car for 260 usd and they forced us to pay at least 680 usd (with limited insurance), or 730 usd with full insurance. They cheated on everything: the insurance price (300+ usd for a week?? I pay 300 usd for a year with my car at home..), the fx rate (20% vs 2-4% which the banks actually charge), and they even wanted to cheat on us with a fake damage (luckily we took pictures carefully). Disgusting service, they should be heavily penalized in a normal country, they couldn't do it in Hungary or in the EU.

Hi, Haven’t a car at the airport. The price has more than doubled, it was a joke. We took a taxi and we pass by the agency of our hotel to rent a car for our journey. I sent email about my angriness and for the cancellation but haven t received any follow up, so client service was not good. If any payment is requested I will block it. thanks Kr Mathieu

When we checked in to pick up our car, they never told us they did not have a full size car available for us. Instead of upgrading us or informing us, we waited for about 30 minutes for our car to show up then told us after we asked about it that they didn’t have it. They still didn’t upgrade us at this point. Eventually a full size car pulled in, still wet from being washed and only a half tank of gas. The insurance also doubles the rental price.
