The staff was friendly but the car was terrible. The head lights didn’t work, the key was bottomless. Other than that the price was really good.
Eventhough, it was a low season in Dubai, I have waisted more than 2 hours from the time I arrive to the Alamo office at airport untile I have received the car.. and it took me more than 30 minutes to drop-off the car.. It iwas unconvinced..
They give me an old car maybe 2016 model But in general it was okay.
Overall good experience except for the car itself the right mirror was broken and not responding well to my maneuvering to get the best view.
the deposit amount was too much. 3.000 AED deposit should be decreased
