Pros:Payment flexibility needs to be considered I landed at 10 pm was completely done with all process including PCR In less than 30 mins while arrived home around 1:30 am, due to the no cash policy payment, and they didn’t allow me To use my husband’s card? I had to communicate with my Bank to seek extra approval on amount blocking, yet I extended my stay they didn’t offer me a better rate. Plus no one escorted me to the vehicles pickup area I had to look for it and ask so many people moving around outside the airport in Dubai super hot humid weather with my luggage because the handover office had no signage. And the car was not washed & not Kia Sportage. How would you rate it ? If you were in my shoes?

Cons:All the above should be re-considered. To the fact that I was paying 120$ per day Experience should be different.

Drop off experience was a nightmare, Abel took 30 min to do the check out, he inspected the car from the bottom to the top like he was going to buy this car from me, his extremely slow pace was really frustrating when you have a flight to catch and you on the run!

One of the worst experience , very bad car ,nissan sunny and no screen to connect with phone(very important to use navigator and I don't believe there is still some car with no screen , pick up the car from terminal 3 and I took an hour to get the documents and also I asked to drop the car at terminal 2 , she said we don't have a counter at terminal 2 , you have to drop the car at terminal 3 and take a taxi to T2 , later one I realized there is a counter at terminal 2 but it's funny the open from 1pm to 5 pm anyone else come before and after this time has to go to T1 or T3
