Pros:Clean and comfortable car
Cons:Drop off was difficult to find. Long wait when dropping off. Car had tire sensor issue.
The charge of $6.20 per gallon of gas was excessive.
It was the best car rental experience I've ever had. Everything went smoothly and the car was terrific.
Pros:Drop off was easy. I had a full tank of gas, but they still charged me a 31.00 gas fee!!

Cons:Don't waste your time renting from Alamo. I reserved my car 5 months in advance. Two days before my pick up, they canceled my reservation without any communication what so ever, no call, no email, no text. I only found out my reservation was canceled because I called to see if I could pick up earlier. When I called, they first confirmed my reservation and then put me on hold. When the operator returned he then let me know my reservation was canceled, why I asked why, he said " I can't tell you why, there were no noteds put in". I then, asked why I wasn't notified that my reservation had been canceled, he stated he didn't know and couldn't tell me why. He then tried to find me a car at one of their companies and they were completely sold out. The cheapest rental he could find me was $1,300 dollars from a rental company I had never heard of. I spent hours looking for a rental two days before my trip and finally found one through Hertz 30 miles from the airport. Although I had to spend more money to shuttle to and from Hertz, I had a pleasant experience with them. Long, story short, if you are looking for a company that doesn't value their customers, rent from Alamo.
