Made a reservation 2 weeks in advance, showed up and they have no cars. Long story short, they eventually find a car at another rental service for $100 more. I took the bus instead.
The booking price always looks great when reserving in Mexico, but at pick-up they add on mandatory insurance and fees that are usually more than the booking fee. Still a reasonable deal.
Car looked a bit old. Tires were worn.
Booked a car for 7 people. They did not have one. Had to return the next day and then they forced me to pay an upgrade. Unacceptable
