I had reservations but when I get to the place to pick up my car they told me they didn't have car for me and there's nothing they can do bad altitude rude people no good experience 😒

I requested a compact car, but none were available. The minivani was assigned was so complicated and confusing that on several occasions I feared I would cause an accident. I am hoping to receive a refund for what turned out to be a very stressful experience.
Returned the car 3 hours late due to inclement weather that slowed us down through our trip; So we had to rent the car an additional day for $150 on top.

The staff at both locations were very nice. Wouldn’t change a thing about either. The vehicle was in bad shape. Smelled unpleasant and had what looked like dog hair all over it. A few broken things inside. Handles to compartments were missing and therefore rendered the compartment useless. It got us from point A to B, but at that price, I’d expect a clean and fully operational vehicle.

Pick up and drop off were a nightmare. Was worried I'd miss my flight because of how long it took to drop car off. The attendances could not close out my rental and that caused unnecessary delay
Staff at Washington National and Melbourne were exceptional in their customer service. Genuinely hospitable and professional. So easy to pick up and drop off!

I was quoted one price when getting the car and no one was there when we returned it to get a receipt. Just had to leave and 'hope' all worked out. Then the bill comes and it is more than $40 over what I was quoted. Because no one was there to give me a receipt (when I could have asked questions and discussed what was going on and why the difference), it is leading to my having to make phone calls to 800 numbers to try to resolve this discrepancy. Not happy about that.

I got a last minute reservation with Alamo after Budget didn’t have the car that I reserved available. Alamo let me exchange my car halfway through the rental for a better fit. No surprises with the price or service. All of the reps I interacted with were helpful and friendly.
We picked up at Airport but we didn't fly in and it was a little tricky getting to the office when we were driving in. Once inside we went to the National Desk but there was no one there, the issue was that there was a window open and it had a coat on the chair so it looked like someone had just stepped away. We waited, knocked and called out but no one came. Finally a worker passing by said we needed to go to the Alamo window and that did work fine But there should have been some sign at the National desk telling us to do that. The rest of our experiences were very good.
Couldn’t rent the car because I needed a one-way rental, and because the car could not be returned on Sunday or Monday. I have yet to receive a refund.
