Flight was delayed car wasnt available paid and extra $600 for rental, tried to offer a luxury car as only option at a premium

Totally understaffed at check in!!!!!! Rented me a Jeep with no roof on it………. Really ? Having staff in the parking lot might of caught that. Monthly price was double than I normally pay. Not good at all

Car selected was not available and the lady at the counter tried to convince me I had selected incorrectl, despite my confirmation email showing I had selected an SUV

Budget sucks. They advertise one price then you get slammed with a “we’ll reconcile the rest of this math later” price at the end and it is far more expensive than you initially planned on. Wouldn’t recommend. All the extra hidden “airport fees” and taxes is absolutely criminal.
