Our vehicle was clearly smoked in and not cleaned. When we addressed this to the employee , he stated he left some Clorox spray in the back for us. I didn’t know that it was my job to clean this filthy car!!!

After I reserved a large SUV and had a great price locked in, I showed up in person to pick up the vehicle only to be told that I was not allowed to rent it because I did not have a credit card!!! I asked the woman working if I could just pay the full amount up front with a debit card and all she said was " no, I'm sorry". I asked if there was another solution, she just said no!! Meanwhile, I had a whole trip planned and a hotel and everything!! I was never told about the credit card policy. So I went down the street to the Enterprise rental place and was able to rent a vehicle. Although I wasn't able to get an SUV, I was able to rent a new Chrysler Pacifica van. I ended up having to pay an extra $120, but at least I was able to rent something. So I don't know if this was something I should have been told by kayak or Budget.

Was treated with racial slurs because the color of my skin in my appearance the manager in Homestead was very rude Leon Leroy that way he told me his name was no name tag on told me I have to wear a mask and it was a Spanish guy that came in with no mask on and he let him stay in the store just like that he told me it was store policies to wear a mask and made me go get a mask but the Spanish guy stayed in the store without a mask so racist the Budget Inn Homestead the guy said he was the manager and told me his name was Leroy or Leon something needs to be done about this
