They set up your rate in USD, then tell you that’s how much you’re paying. Then they convert to pesos at a much higher USD value per peso which leads to a higher number of pesos, and then when your credit card company charges you at the accurate daily rate, your USD charge is much higher. It’s so shady, and they know they’re doing it. My vehicle was also dirty and had a right turn signal that didn’t work the whole trip.
