I spent an hour and 15 minutes in line with Budget at MKE. Two ladies working the desk were much more interested in laughing and joking with one another than with getting people through. Average Renata time at the counter: 12 minutes (literally had the time to time a few). Then, when I do get up there, again after more than an hour with my family sitting k. The floor waiting my $49 Kayak rental is now $96. She literally said “that’s what they gave you - were really busy, so you want it or not? I had no choice, it was late and we needed to get out of there. Total fail for Kayak and Budget both, won’t do it again. What’s the point if the rate changes at the counter?

After waiting over an hour in line, the first car I received had a major issue and sounded like the axle was going to break.

We picked up a car but it had been returned just 2 hours before. The car had not been cleaned, had white residue throughout the inside & had not been vacuumed. The car also had very squeaky breaks when backing up...and one of the tires kept losing air pressure. In the week I had it, I needed to fill the tire twice.
