NSB location has road side sign that is so faded it’s almost not visible. Reserved a full size car but had to accept a small pickup truck - all they had available.

Agent was not friendly. Walked in and was told to put on a mask. I said there was no mandate now , and was told there was one here. He handed out a mask to my self and son-in-law. Next he pulled up my file, and I asked for changes to be made - as I had booked the car for my 37 y.o. son-in-law. I also let him know I had tried to change it on line with no success. He then told me I would have to pay for a 2nd driver. I said he was the only driver. He then took a call from, what seemed like a friend, and started a conversation while my son and I stood there, not knowing what to do. I finally said 'we're out of here', and left without a word from the agent. Never again will I go there, and in years gone past, I had used that Budget office with no issues; however, with a different agent. I then contacted your agency and cancelled the order.
