The car needed window wiper fluid and new windshield wipers. We could not see well out of the front window after it rained, due to the water deposits obscuring the view.
I paid for an upgrade but I was offered one horrible car after another. Even the car I finally got was horrible and ver sorry inside. Other people receive better cars from what I could see. They had a full inventory of cars in their lots but they chose all the horrible beat up damaged cars to me and my family. We changed cars 4 times after more than an hour wait to see if they would make it better I gave up and chose the option I was given and left.
The app indicated a car was booked but when called the location to check was told there were no cars available.
Upon our arrival to our location for our anniversary trip, budget informed us that they had no cars for us. They told us to catch a cab to our vacation home and they would call us when was available and come pick us up. That call never came for the entirety of our 6 night stay. We were in a location where a rental car was not an option and Budget put us in a really bad position. We have used Budget before with no issues like this, but after being stranded I don’t know if we will again.
Car wasn’t there when we arrived. Oversold and ended up without a car. Pathetic.
