Pickup at the airport was chaotic. They gave us a car and as we were about to leave I asked for a copy of the contract. This triggered them to look in their system and they suddenly weren’t sure if they were giving us the right car or had our reservation. Totally bizarre. Even thought I had an email showing our reservation they had to recreate the entire reservation in the system which took a very long time. The car they gave us was a mess. Hubcaps held on by zip ties, engine sounded like it was going to die and the car would shake at normal speeds.
