I had spoken with someone to be sure my daughter, traveling with her 4 month old son to visit her husband at the Air Force base, would have no problems. I gave my credit card to pay for the rental and when she got there, they said she would have to pay with her own card, which had a limit of $300 and not enough for the deposit. I am very disappointed that she had to go through what she experienced. I won’t use Budget or Avis (same company) again.

Flight was delayed 7 hours. Rental car desk was closed at the airport when I arrived. Cost me an additional $60 in taxi charges to go to and from hotel the night of arrival and next day to then pickup the car. Rental car charges began at noon that day, so I had to pay a full day for the rental even though I just got the car at 8am. Not a good business.

Car info system kept advising of tire problem and escalated warnings. Emergency assistance operator of minimum help, sent us to a closed business. Multiple subsequent attempts to get in touch with assistance line, calls went unanswered for over ten minutes (timed) before we gave up and hung up. Luckily the problem was not severe.

Got a confirmation email the day before my pickup. Arrived and no cars were available. The front desk was not helpful in trying to fix anything issues. Will not be renting from this location again.
