We arrived early on our flight and could not get our car early so we had to pay extra $100 to get one that was available. Also flight leaving was cancelled and for only a few hours over our return time we had to pay whole day.

My mother was left stranded at the airport as she had a debit card and I WAS ABLE to call you guys and give you MY credit card for whatever security you needed... she was asked to get out of the line....She is 74 yrs old. SHAME on your staff at the Savannah/ Hilton Head Airport.....AWFUL!!! She was literally told to get out of the line.....People are waiting...Seriously???? I tried to prepay for her and NO ONE would accommodate me....Your customer service via Budget and Savannah Airport wont go untold
