THe woman who checked me in was great (at the counter in the Colorado Springs airport). Offered me an upgrade and explained insurance. She was great! I got to the car and half the drivers seat was busted on the side. I drove to the kiosk in the parking lot and that woman was RUDE AS H*LL. I asked where i can have it documented about the seat so i didn't get blamed for it. She told me to take a picture. I questioned the validity of that response and she acted like I was dumb saying, "It date/time stamped". I asked her to document in my reservation, she declined. I asked for a business card she said she had none. I asked her name and for a pc of paper and pen. She told me her name but didn't come forward with the pen/paper. I saw a yellow sticky note right inside the window so grabbed it and wrote her name down with MY pen from my purse. THat woman NEEDS TO GO! I would have thought she would have asked if i want a different car - no offer made...and I wouldn't have taken it, just wanted it documented that the drives seat was coming apart (the plastics). Mind you I had a 17 hr drive ahead of me. I still love ya, Budget - just need to give that woman some customer service training please. Maybe have the check in clerk give the parking lot kiosk woman the training :)
