Was offered a complimentary upgrade to a vehicle with a GPS/SatNav. They could have had more staff on duty at pick-up as the wait time was quite long.

I paid for what they advertised as an Audi A4 or similar. I get to the airport and they said their equivalent is a Chrysler 300 or Dodge Charger. So basically it as a straight up lie. I’m sorry but an equivalent vehicle would’ve been a Mercedes or BMW. My car didn’t even have leather. What a joke. Never renting from this company again and will be writing a Google review to warn others as well.

When we got to the counter to get our car they didn't have the car I had rented, we were up graded to a way nicer car. 👍
