We had scheduled a pick up at midnight when our flight was supposed to arrive. Unfortunately, it ended up arriving two hours later. When we went to the front counter, there was a sign that said they were closed and to go to the third floor of the rental garage where there would be an attendant to help us. When we got to the third floor of the rental garage, however, there was a group of people waiting and no Enterprise attendant. Instead, there was a sign saying someone would be there by 9 am. So a bunch of people were waiting in a freezing cold parking garage with no one to give them their cars. Maybe this was just the Baton Rouge office, but to be safe I will avoid enterprise in the future. We were lucky to get an Uber at 2 am.
