Never was able to get in a car. They did not have the car I rented available and sent me on a 6 hour wild goose chase to different enterprise locations.

We had to wait a while during pickup as there weren’t many cars available at the time. Then an employee gave us a bigger since we were waiting for a long time for the size we had reserved (holiday weekend). But then a manager didn’t want to do after we had already put all our luggage into the car. So they made us take all our stuff out of the car and wait longer. Eventually we got the car and everything went well. We were compensated for the inconvenience and long waiting so overall experience was good.
