Arrived more than an hour earlier than the pick-up time. And, I returned the car keys and wanted a new reserved car. I explained that I have a new reservation. However, he extended the existing car without asking for a proper opinion. I recognized it as a new car and paid for it. However, it was actually an expensive car and the existing car was an expensive car. Previously, the car was not even ready. After waiting for a few hours, I had no choice but to get the existing car. The newly booked car requested to be canceled. They said it was canceled. We talked about it several times and it was confirmed, but It remains on the reservation record. cost was paid.
