I was pleased with everything except that they marked off the on me the same minute windshield ding that was noted in the previous damages list when I picked up the car, presumably because I had added insurance, so they can file another claim. Possibly just an error, but judging from the previous reviews it seems suspicious.

I was very pleased with the unexpected SIGNIFICANT upgrade -- I originally had booked a convertible, expecting just a Mustang convertible, so you can only imagine how happy I was when I arrived at the counter and was upgraded to a relatively brand new BMW Z4 at the same rate! Even better, with the original reservation, I would have had to return the car the next day by 7:30PM to the Orlando Airport and be charged two days' rate (my pick up was at 5PM Saturday, needing to return by 7:30PM Sunday and otherwise see a MASSIVE rate hike from ~$150 to ~$600). However, because of the change in vehicles, I could return it on Monday by 5PM for the original rate of ~$150 at the hotel I was staying in, saving me a LOT of hassle. I imagine Sixt may have lost some money with my reservation, but a great experience from start to finish.for me!

Although we reached out during their normal business hours, we were never able to pick up the car, because we weren’t able to contact them to get the shuttle to the location. We finally got in contact with someone who told us she would call us back with an update on when to expect the shuttle, but she never called us back.

The car made an insane vibrating bass sound that people could hear from outside, it sounded like there was some black market subwoofer in there. I rented this car to attend my grandfathers FUNERAL. I’m in the procession sounding like I’m blasting bass filled music! I tried to call them to be like what on earth and they never answered. When I returned the vehicle and reported the noise to them they were like “oh yeah we know about that, this type of car is probably going to get recalled because they all make that noise.” Seems like something one would mention BEFORE. Also took like 45 minutes to get the car because they had one person at the desk and the people in front of us didn’t have a shred of the details they needed so there was just a line forming behind them. Also the car was overdue for an oil change by THREE THOUSAND miles and the car kept sending an alert about how the oil life was at 0%. When I told them this when dropping off the car they were just like “oh yeah we know”

They said pickup was at the airport. It is not. You have to walk 1/3 mile with your luggage to take a shuttle to their place which is 15 minutes away. I waited thirty minutes for the shuttle and finally gave up and rented from another company.

Scam. Arrived 'too late' to collect my car – despite having paid in full for the reservation in advance – so my car had been 'given away' and (shock!) the only available car was a luxury BMW, meaning I had to pay a further £250 or be stuck without a car. Shameful practice.

Absolutely faultless, staff for pick up & drop off were very professional and friendly, car was spotless and very comfortable.

Staff was not friendly, lied to us and scammed us. Told us our reservation was cancelled due to not picking up the car in time, even though they were the ones who closed their office early and then never refunded the money.

I have serious reservations and can't pay for it even with a car. solve it I booked a vehicle through Kayak and used Enterprise's vehicle. Used from 7/1 to 7/29. Once again booked through kayak again. The newly connected company is “QEEQ “ I booked a car through Qeeq once again with an enterprise provider. Arrived more than an hour earlier than the pick-up time. And, I returned the car keys and wanted a new reserved car. I explained that I have a new reservation. However, he extended the existing car without asking for a proper opinion. I recognized it as a new car and paid for it. However, it was actually an expensive car and the existing car was an expensive car. Previously, the car was not even ready. After waiting for a few hours, I had no choice but to get the existing car. The newly booked car requested to be canceled. They said it was canceled. We talked about it several times and it was confirmed, but It remains on the reservation record. cost was paid. Why do you always say that it is a computational error? If it doesn't go well, I'm thinking of sharing the mail I received from QEEQ as well. I intend to speak directly to KAYAK, QEEQ, and Enterprise Headquarters about all of this. Once again, I want to be treated well with sincerity. If all goes well, I'll be using KAYAK, QEEQ and Enterprise for 5 months while in the UK. Every business trip continues...

Excellent vehicle, quick and friendly service

Car was delivered with all windows down, only once driving it did it become apparent the user before had been smoking in the car and the smell was unbearable. Not good with a pregnant wife!

Clear information on deposit required and NI and deposit return to be the same day as I’m still waiting
