Offered an upgrade on collection which was miscommunicated to sound like it was free. Only became apparent when I was asked to present my credit card they wanted an extra €250 then proceeded to try and upsell claiming this was a 50% discounted upgrade.
Bit shocked by the final invoice! So many add-ons not adequately explained.
Pricing, on pick up was told that normally the excess was €1250 but because I used Kayak the excess was the entire cost of the vehicle. This then meant I had to take out excess insurance in case of any incident. This should have been explained when booking. In my mind is misleading.
