Never again this rental company FOX. Hidden fees have multiplied the costs. We had for example to pay 200 USD for the return in Salt Lake City alone (which was never said when booking). Customers get screwed like this. I am also disappointed in Kayak, they could have told us the actual costs upfront!!! Disappointing.

It’s a scam, they’ll charge you 3 times more at the counter even after you reserve. Don’t believe the prices you see here, think of it as a 1/3rd advance payment

I was overcharged. Also I got there for my reservation time and they had no car available. So I decided to upgrade for way too much money. And even after the up charge I was still over charged
