I requested a Hyundai Santa Fe 3 row or similar vehicle. The picture of the vehicle on the website was a 3 row Hyundai Santa Fe 3 row. The vehicle that was given to me was a 2 row. The worker said I did not order a 3 row, but the picture clearly shows a 3 row.

I just rented the car for 2hours 1/2 I returned and they told me they will send me the final check Is been a lot of days I haven’t recive nothing I don’t know if they charge me more or less of what price was I haven’t recived my deposit from my banck I don’t have any recipe

The employees were friendly and even went out of their way to help me but it feels like there are some structural faults within the company with respect to training and equipping the employees for success. Despite prepaying my rental (~$300) I was hit with a hold on my credit card for an additional $800 that was not explained to me. Furthermore I did not receive a single receipt throughout the process. In my opinion, what is pre-paid and what additional charges might come up should be explained clearly by either Kayak or Fox.
