Feel $500 for two nights super expensive
Car was great. More people are needed at the counter when flights arrive.
Pros:Car was clean, no mechanical issues, nice size trunk, Staff on pick-up and return were pleasant and efficient.

Your site lets you make same-day reservations, but Hertz doesn’t accept reservations made less than 24 hours in advance. If I’d have known my flights would be cancelled, clearly I’d have made a reservation then. Budget Rental was able to provide us a nice vehicle immediately with no reservations. I can’t trust any travel plans made through your site because of this.
The car was letting me know every time I started the engine that the oil change had expired. This tells me that I was given a vehicle that had zero inspection done before I received it. I actually witnessed the previous renters drop it off while we were waiting for our car. It was taken through the car wash then brought immediately to me to use. There was nothing sanitized which is unacceptable in this time of covid. There were also zero employees wearing masks. The car was nice but I feel like the attention to detail I witnessed within the airport terminal is non-existent at the rental pickup site.
