1. Expedia sent me to the wrong Nashville location. Hertz told me that there were 2 airport locations. One onsite and the other one which was on airport property but not at the airport. Expedia charged me $54ish for airport pickup, which Nashville Hertz did not put on my bill without my even asking. Cost me $17 Lyft fee to get there 2. Hertz had no cars available at all 3. Had to wait an hour despite being the only person there before they got me a gigantic car 4. The car that was 1/3 full and told me to bring it back at that level 5. The gas cost probably twice what it would have if I had the car I ordered 6. When I returned it as requested 1/3 full to Memphis I was charged $18 for 2 gallons of gas. I have the photos to prove it was an 8 mile difference, impossible to get gas level any closer since the car wasn't full in the first place. My issue is with Expedia, the Memphis Hertz and the Hertz in general not having the car available. The Nashville Hertz staff bent over backwards trying to get a car for me and followed up with me the next day.

My rental was not clean outside, so I take it straight to car wash on my own, to avoid a wasting my time, instead of complaining about it. But that's all, rest of the process was good.

Reservation was for suv /hertz Lima told me they only had a pick up truck for my family of 5 /said it was my problem ( 12 midnight family of five no suv) I rented from budget for $190 over the $132 contract with kayak hertz please send me $190 to compensate and review hertz staff in Lima ( fyi the budget lot was next to hertz which was filled with cars
