I was very satisfied with the process because it was very easy and flawless. No complications, no hidden fees or anything that wasn't discussed prior to the rental. I will recommend Hertz to my visiting family and friends whenever they come to Vero Beach.

There is always a push to get collision and other insurance coverage when renting a car and even tho you have your own insurance that should cover it, you are always told the worst scenarios if you don't get their $$ protection. Don't like that hassle no matter who you rent with. Wished they had more compact cars available at this location, but was given a Malibu that was ok. Was told compacts were more at a larger location. I did appreciate that this ofc was located to my family for easy pick up and from offs.

I called hertz and requested a specific car which I was assured it will be available upon arrival I was told that it was not available, instead they tried to up selling me to upgrade. The car I received was clean (2018 Nissan Rouge) but not in the best of shape as it vibrated a lot on the highway.
