The Hertz location had overbooked and was ~40 vehicles short of what they actually needed. This resulted in a wait of over 2 hours for a car. Once finally in a car, the car was only charged ~50%, which was not enough to complete my trip for that day without recharging. Overall, very poor customer service.

Very easy pickup and drop-off. Whole process took about 10 minutes. Car was washed and lots of photos were taken and emailed me so that there was no confusion over pickup and dropoff condition.
The reservation address sent to my email from Kayak was absolutely wrong and I wasted an hour trying to figure out where to pick up my car. Ended up missing my event and canceling the reservation.
Thought the extra driver charge was a bit expensive. And I only needed it for one week but was charged the fee daily for my full contract. Would have appreciated a little flexibility on that.
