pickup in jerusalem very far away, limited hours and took over 60 minutes. they did not find the reservation at all. in tel aviv , drop off only from 8- 5pm, again at inconvenient location. why not possible to drop off after hours??? wasted ton of valuable time on our trip. car beeped incessently with all sorts of needless warnings. severely underpowered and small car for 100usd a day. insurance was a good deal though.,..

Pick up was very smooth … Shireen at the reservation counter was very knowledgeable and accommodating and attentive to details, explaining the contents of the rental contract. The return of the car was equally smooth … Yoram and Raz were friendly and courteous.

Muhammad, the customer service rep who helped me at the pick up place in Jerusalem, was great. He went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me with what I needed and make sure I’d have a good experience.
they didn't receive my credit card secure onlu because it was not explicited that it covers in Israel and i had to pay the secure couverture.
