I didn’t like nothing about renting from Dallas , I rent from enterprise all the time . They made me keep my renter longer than I needed , extra charge me . Took the deposit for no reason and tried to say tax remind you I rent from them All the time they give you two totally The amount & the amount with the deposit . They charged my card 800 dollars for 6 days when it was suppose to be 638 with taxes . This was the worse experience with enterprise EVER .

Horrible experience. Was given a pick-up to drive because they were out of the class I rented. How could I have rented a car that wasn’t available? Then had to pay more just to get a sedan that I rented originally. Total BS. In addition, I waited an hour behind 3 people. There was only one person at the desk. Worst experience ever. Don’t rent from Budget.

Give the gentleman working at the Avis near the Adolphus hotel in Dallas (1303 commerce) on 12/27 a raise. His unswerving professionalism while being yelled at by frustrated customers who had been stranded by southwest was unbelievable. He was so efficient, honest with customers about wait times, while still striving to help everyone possible, and generally good natured while the people he was serving were uncharacteristically unkind. He deserves a raise, a promotion, and Avis should hope they don’t lose him. I cannot imagine having the patience to handle that many ridiculous people with the level of grace he did.

Booked a trip. When we arrived to pick up the car they wouldn’t let us have a car because it was spring break and they needed the cars for others? Thank god for hertz

Definitely thought that I was renting from the Hertz at the Dallas airport but it was the one in downtown Dallas and had to take an Uber to get there. Then had to pay extra when I was there to be able to drop it off at the Dallas airport hertz. Also was sold an insurance for the trip which was another $150. Unexpected costs are not an ideal situation.

Friendly, helpful staff answered all of our questions. We originally reserved a car with Hertz online with an office that is no longer open/operating as a Hertz business. It would be great if that site was taken down.
