They cancelled on me 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time after calling in advance to confirm the appointment a week prior. During the earlier call I was told i would need to place a $400 deposit on top of the rental cost, and that they needed my insurance policy number to confirm it was sufficient. After providing the policy number I was told "no news is good news" and if I don't hear back everything should be fine. I heard nothing until the day of.
