There is no way to make changes, each number is just a run around with no help. It’s best to rent direct and even that is sub par at best

I’ve tried to make a car reservation but I made a small mistake and choose the wrong date, called back in the minute and they rejected me to change the date… why I should pay a hundred bucks for nothing?? It’s terrible !!
