Extremely poor attitude from the staff at Hertz. Was informed that they did not have any cars that matched my reservation and was told it would be $45 extra per day to upgrade or they would just cancel my reservation, leaving me stranded at the car rental after just paying an expensive Uber to drop me off. Do not recommend this location as I felt like the entire interaction was just trying to scam a tourist out of more money as there were no other options.

The people were nice, but we were given a 10 year old car with over 85,000 miles on it. It sounded terrible and we were concerned that it might stop working at any time.

I had to wait two hours to pick up my car. Everything else was great. It may not have been the fault of the company or employees as the car was still dripping wet and had just been washed. It may have been due to the rental car shortage. I did get upgraded. It did cause me to cancel dinner plans with family as it was too late when I finally got a rental.

Jay and Marguerita were great. Enterprise puts their Burbank airport employees at a disadvantage by not giving them a phone number. I tried to call earlier in the week which I’m sure would’ve been easier on all of us. Regardless, Jay called me when there was a problem and pulled a Hail Mary to get the vehicle I needed. He went above and beyond and was incredibly professional. Marguerite was kind and walked me to the vehicle to make sure I was all set up. The team at Burbank airport is stellar, enterprise should support them with the necessary tools so that they’re not having to move mountains for things that could be easily solved with a little more time,

There was a much longer than expected wait to pickup the car at 0900. Our needs were specific, we needed a van that we could take one way. This is the only reason we booked with Avis as we typically use a different rental provider. The van was beyond dirty, both inside and out when we received it. Normally the cars are washed on the outside and vacuumed on the inside. Neither of these things happened for our rental. Considering the long wait to be assisted and the need for that specific vehicle, we felt stuck.

The woman at the Avis desk at the Burbank airport was rude, unpleasant and started our trip off on a really bad note. We liked the car we drove and it was an easy pick up and drop off

The instruction manual was in the glove compartment! What a great and useful surprise. The car appeared to be very clear butv it smelled like a Jewish deli which made me hungry.. the price changed was more than I had agreed to but I needed the vehicle so I overpaid.

The Avis rental car line was obnoxiously long. So long in fact that I went to another rental car company, asked if they had a car I could use, haggled about the price, and rented from that other company. All of this before 1 customer was finished being helped in the Avis line. I will never try and rent from Avis again.

Although I had "Skip the Counter" I couldn't figure out how to do that or where to go, so I ended up standing in line at the counter which took some time since they did not appear to be fully staffed. I would suggest better signage to direct customers where to go to Skip the Counter. The hybrid car I got was awesome. Drop off was excellent -- couldn't have been simpler. Overall pretty satisfied with Avis and would rent again with them.

Third in line and over an hour and ten minutes to pick up the car. Returned the car and 3 days later received a text the car had not been returned. I brought the car back and hour early and handed the key to the Budget counter representative!

Easy drop off but for pickup you have few staff available in the counters. Still I haven’t received my security deposit back.

You could put more people to help on the counter, when there was a long line waiting. Didn’t like how dirty was the car inside. The windows and mirrors on the outside were wet to the point that was hard to exit the lot .
