they don’t listen well I took them drop off when he in LAX but Nooooo they had us drop It off in Long Beach airport..our flight is at 8am so no way would we want to drive to LAX in the early morning and be stuck in traffic..

Everything went well with the car rental the only thing was the cleanliness of the vehicle it wasn’t very clean when we revived the car but other then that it went well. Another thing was when we were almost done with the paper work and signatures he added the insurance with out even explaining to me the cost or my total which I didn’t know I was paying extra at that moment. Other then that everything went well and I was happy with my experience and vehicle.

Worst experience ever. Our vehicle was to be rented from Long Beach airport. Once i got the another enterprise they gave a SUV which definitely needed service. Every time i brakes or turned the steering it made some abnormal noise from the right rear. Very hazardous. Would not recommend this place nor their vehicles. Also, When i first enter there office one of the staff member was arguing of the customer on the phone for over charges.

Enterprise corporate policy leaves their offices hands tied and the consumer having to jump through too many hoops or dish out more money. What a joke of a company

Would not pickup even though I thought that was their thing and would have been nice to know I had to have a credit card and not a debit card. Had to leave and go to Avis. They got me right in a vehicle! Thanks, Avis!

Don’t like the electric car and was told it only took about twenty minutes to charge it up but in fact took about an hour and a half to charge. Also, most charging stations were out of order. I will never rent another electric car.

I put in an order for a pickup at LAX, but when I arrived at LAX the rep told me my reservation was for a different office and charged me double of what I was quoted online. Afterwhich when I returned the car, the shuttle bus driver took everyone's Airline stop, but somehow managed to forget my stop and took me back to the Avis Car Pickup point - making me late. After I asked him why he didn't stop at my stop, he apologized for forgetting. He drove me back over to the Airport, but then dropped me off at the wrong terminal, so I had to run about a half a mile to the correct terminal. Just absolutely poor service!

Would have communicated better to let the person know that there isn’t a car available because I had to take an Uber there from my hotel which cost me 48 dollars and to find out that they where sold out. So I had no choice but to Uber back which cost another 48 dollars. Availability should be confirmed between both parties and not make the customer go through the frustration of going down there spending a whole lot of money only to find out that there isn’t car available? Would have been okay with any 🤬car!!!
