Staff try an rip you off and charge additional fees when you arrive. My guy told me that bringing the tank back empty would ‘save’ me money but only if it was less than 1/4 empty. Very unnerving.
Good overall.
Customer service was terrible. Agent was rushing me, not explaining to me the extra charges, and rushing me to sign here and there. Even though I paid for the car prior to picking it up, I was charged liability (my credit card provides insurance therefore I declined collision) and also they put a hold of 5000 euros on my credit card. Agent was very rude and unhelpful.
We waited over an hour to get our car and when we went to remind the staff that we were waiting, they came back with a casual “oh I forgot about you”. The return on the other hand was relatively smooth and fuss free. We were done in 10 mins. The pricing wasn’t very transparent. We paid one amount on the website and when we arrived, had to pay almost double for insurance!
The communication with the third party company was bad. I could not collect my car and was charged
